     Consultant will pay the above percentage of any contingency fee to Broker within 7 days after the close
of the transaction and the performance fee is paid out by the lender. Broker will be entitled to the same percentage of any future fees paid out regarding this Client, provided that the original closing occurs within one year after the above date. Unless Consultant receives written notice to the contrary within 48 hours, Consultant will assume that Broker accepts all of the terms of this referral fee guarantee.

($650,000 minimum if referred by broker) Multi-family (apartment buildings) must be 8 units or more (in NJ, 10 units or more).
  • RAW LAND LOANS OR LAND DEVELOPMENT LOANS (No lenders currently available as of July 2O11)
  • OTHER BUSINESS LOANS (Non SBA) - $500,000 minimum loan amount $660,000 minimum if referred by broker)
  • FACTORING AND ASSET BASED FINANCING (loans based on receivables, inventory, equipment & real estate) - loan amount $800,000 ($1,200,000 if referred by broker).
